1.Where does Jeans Club come from?
Jeans Club Kft. Is a Hungarian company that was founded in 1994 and it is the sole distributor of The Philip Russel brand.

2.In how many countries is Jeans Club presented?
At the moment in three different countries. (Hungary, the Check Republic and Poland)We have 42 stores. (5 in the Check Republic, 4 in Poland, 1 in Romania and 32 in Hungary)

3.Can you put clothes aside?
Yes, we can put items aside for the same day.
In case of putting clothes aside for more than one day (maximum one week), a deposit is required which is 10% of the product's price. If the customer does not purchase the reserved item within the agreed time frame, then the customer will loose the deposit and the product will be back on the market again. Purchasing the product within the agreed time period, the 10% deposit will be deducted from the total price.

4.Are sunglasses distributed by you provide 100% protection against UV rays?
Yes, sunglasses sold in our stores provide 100% protection against UV rays.

5.What quality/class lenses do you use?
We use UV 400 s lenses in our sunglasses.

6.What are the clothes sizes?
Men: S-3XL, 28-42 (trousers 2 leg length)
Women: XS-XXL, 28-36 (trousers 2 leg length)

7.Do you provide any fitting-tailoring services?
Unfortunately not at the moment.

8.What is the process of returning an item?
a.)In case of a faulty product
If the product is faulty, it can be exchanged in its original condition with a receipt within 6 months of the purchase. The exchange itself will be evaluated by the store manager after seeing the product.
b.)If it is not the right size
Exchange due to size issues is possible within one week from purchase, by providing the receipt, bar code and the product in its original condition. Exchanges due to size issues can only be fulfilled once per item.
c.)If it got damaged after washing it
In this case you must return the item to the specific store where you purchased it, including the receipt. The exchange will be identified by the store manager after seeing the product. If the product wasn't handled properly, according to the guidelines then the exchange may not be possible. (proper washing of special materials eg. wool, satin drying and handling)

9.Do you exchange all items? For how long is the warranty good for on products purchased at your stores?
If based on the above mentioned facts the product is qualified for the exchange, then of course it can be exchanged at our stores.
The warranty on our products is 6 months. (half a year)
In case of quality issues, if the product's damage is doubtful, then decision is made by KERMI's evaluation. In this case complaint can only handled after KERMI's professional evaluation process.
The original receipt of the product is a must in this case as well.

10.Why can't I exchange items without a receipt?
The receipt is a must for any kind of complaint due to the fact that each exchange is followed by a report in which a receipt is needed.

11.Why can't I exchange lingerie/ bathing suits?
Due to hygienic facts.

12.How many times can I exchange items at Jeans Club?
Exchanges concerning sizing issues can only be made once of course by including the receipt and the bar code. In other quality issues exchanges can be made if the store manager finds it reasonable.

13.If I purchase a product can I exchange it or return it at a different Jeans Club Store?
The exchange of the items is possible at any Jeans Club location in case of color or sizing problems. If there is a quality issue involved regarding the product then KERMI's involvement is necessary, therefore they can only deal with the product at the store where it was purchased.

14.Can I exchange it in a different country?
No, it can only be exchanged within the country of purchase.

15.Can I exchange items during sales/promotions?
Yes, based on the stores and sales/promotion's guidelines.

16.I purchased an item on sale. How can I exchange it? On what price?
We exchange the items based on the date and purchase price on the receipt.

17.Is there a possibility for exchange at Jeans Club's outlet?
You can only exchange items purchased at the outlet to items available at the outlet.

18.I signed up for a VIP card. When will I receive it?
Jeans Club's VIP Card program is under construction right now. During this period the distribution of cards is on hold. We would like to replace the temporary cards and introduce the permanent VIP card. The already filled out forms are in our system, and once the development process is completed, people who filled out the application form will receive their cards.

19. Are there current rules in the shops what is good to know before going in?
To bring food, drink, ice-cream, pets and shopping cart into the shop is forbidden. To take photo or sound-recording in the shop without admission is forbidden too. You can read the whole Customer Information and the Shop Rules in the shops.
